Management of organizational structure, users, patients, hospitalizations, and configuration of data used in the system. The administrative module enables the organization of work within the hospital, wards, and hospital pharmacies.
The system includes user roles, permission scopes, authorization of selected actions, change history, formulary, and boundary parameters configured within the organization. This allows for the separation of responsibilities between different levels of users and restricting access to functions according to the assigned role.
NeoNutraCalc® does not replace the internal organizational procedures of the hospital. The system provides mechanisms for organizing data, access control, and logging actions, while the responsibility for granting permissions, organizing work, and supervising users remains with the appropriate individuals in a given unit.
The administrative module can support the organization of work by:
- managing the structure of the hospital, wards, and hospital pharmacies,
- creating and managing user accounts,
- assigning roles and permission scopes,
- configuring boundary parameters used in the system,
- maintaining an organized database of patients and hospitalizations,
- logging the history of changes and selected user actions,
- supporting data consistency between the ward and pharmacy parts of the system.
